Youth Clubs


A Place for Local Youth

Our club for young people opened in 2014 with the help from volunteers and funding from Trafford Housing Trust.  Our vision is that every young person can thrive, be happy and with encouragement and empowerment they have endless possibilities to succeed along every step of their lives. 

Higher Road Youth Club

A youth project which provides a place where the local youth can utilize, and call their own. 

Led by Clare a qualified youth worker with over 20 years of experience.  Activities include play frame, table tennis, cooking, Karaoke, crafts, outings, and opportunities to serve behind the counter to gain valuable works experience.  The clubs are intended to empower young people, helping them progress into young adults. 

Costs

Only £2.50 per Child.

The cafe will be open to purchase drinks and chips. See our Cafe Menu.

For 9 to 14 year-olds.

Over 14s are welcome to help either behind the counter and/or with activities.

When?

Every Monday & Wednesday 5.30pm – 7.30pm.

Funtastic Fridays

Funtastic Fridays is an all-inclusive club for all disabilities, parents, carers and siblings to enjoy activities in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Activities include: Play frame, table tennis, cooking, Karaoke, sensory room, interactive projector, crafts, outings.

It is a great place for parents/carers to build friendships and valuable support networks. 

Costs

Only £2 per Child or £6.00 including meal and drink.

£1.50 per adult or carer.
